    Allotment Lessons Learnt, Part One

    In 2018 we took on our first allotment and I’m completely hooked! Getting out into the fresh air and working hard whilst letting your mind wander is marvellous! We’ve learnt a lot this year, mainly due to the extreme weather of 2018, so I thought I would share our the lessons learnt from the first year of the allotment, to see if anyone else finds them useful.

    Sorry for the radio silence, but… I’ve had a baby! Baby ‘I’ was born in July weighing a healthy 7.11lbs! She was 1 week late, and is completely beautiful. I’ve been getting to grips with being a mummy and don’t seem to have time for much else, hence why there has been no post for the last 7 months!

    New Blog Name!

    Woo hoo! So as you have hopefully seen, I’ve updated my blog name and social media account! I hope you all like Coffee and Yarn! For some reason I can’t change the web address of my blog so that will have to come later, but everything else is done! I’m sure I’ll be making lots more changes to the colours and design of the site, but I’m really happy with the logo and name so they’ll definitely be staying! Hope you’re all having a fab Sunday!     Blog and Social Media Name Change

    Hello! So I have some exciting news! I have decided to change the name of my blog and social media accounts, wooo! I have loved developing The Knitted Jumper, but I think it’s time to move forward. I’m thinking of the new blog as The Knitted Jumper’s older sibling! There will be lots of developments in the current days and weeks, but I thought I would give a heads up as I am going to change the name of my social media accounts, and without an explanation that could be confusing!
